Client information security is our top priority. We will NEVER EVER ask a client for their sensitive information (e.g. their Social Security number, passport number, driver's license number, weight, or parental information). Instead, we'll provide a set of instructions that will explain where you will manually enter that information once you have received (or printed) your name change applications.
